Jeffrey S. Mutnick
Jeffrey S. Mutnick has been representing Oregon and Washington asbestos victims for over 25 years. He helped write the legislation in Oregon that enabled asbestos victims and their families to seek restitution for their illnesses. He brought the first successful asbestos cases to court in the Pacific Northwest and has tried more asbestos cases in Oregon than any other lawyer.
In addition to his extensive work representing asbestos victims, Mr. Mutnick has represented injured workers throughout the Northwest in cases involving construction defects, accidents, toxic injuries, maritime injuries, products liability, automobile and truck collisions, and other matters. He has spent over 35 years as a zealous advocate for the rights of individuals throughout the region. He is licensed to practice in the state courts of Oregon, federal courts of Oregon and Washington, the Third and Ninth federal appellate courts, and the United States Supreme Court. He has been associated counsel with lawyers in various parts of the country, including California, South Carolina, Texas, North Carolina, Washington and Pennsylvania.
He has also practiced before the Social Security Administration, Longshore and Harborworkers, Office of Administrative Law Judges, State of Oregon Workers’ Compensation Board, Department of Labor, and Benefits Review Board.
